Shipping And Return Policy

Shipping Policy:

We offer dispatch services to all locations within Nigeria. Please note that delivery duration may vary depending on your location, and the availability of the items in your order. We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them. Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with all the necessary delivery details so you can track your package.

Returns Policy:

We do not offer refunds for orders that are not satisfied with, unless the items are damaged. If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will provide you with a replacement or a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will provide you with a return address. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return. If your return is approved, we will either provide you with a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.

Please note that we do not accept returns for items that are on sale or clearance.
